Screen Printing

Screen printing uses a mesh screen stretched over a frame. The mesh is covered in a photosensitive paste which is then expose to light with a design stencil placed above it. After some time, the screen is washed to reveal a negative of the design. This process is repeated for each colour to produce a set of screens which allow for full colour printing. Our screen printing is undertaken in-house, by hand, on our Knowsley Industrial Estate premises.
